I hear these women raving 'bout their monkey men About their trifling1 husbands and their no good friends These poor women sit around all day and moan Wondering why their wandering papa's don't come home But wild women don't worry, wild women don't have no blues Now when you've got a man, don't never be on the square 'Cause if you do he'll have a woman everywhere I never was known to treat no one man right I keep 'em working hard both day and night 'Cause wild women don't worry, wild women don't have their blues I've got a disposition and a way of my own When my man starts kicking I let him find another home I get full of good liquor, walk the streets all night Go home and put my man out if he don't act right Wild women don't worry, wild women don't have their blues You never get nothing by being an angel child You better change your ways and get real wild I wanna tell you something, I wouldn't tell you a lie Wild women are the only kind that really get by 'Cause wild women don't worry, wild women don't have their blues

Things have changed, there´s so much to do or are you gonna wait for the lord to change the world? The same lord that let us kill eachother and the one who let our children drown. Give me your hand and let me feel your power or are you gonna wait for someone else to do your job? It´s time to stand up, go to figth for what is yours we have time, we are togheter, and we are more. STOP teliing us how we have to live, STOP telling us when we have to cry, STOP telling us what we have to eat, STOP telling us how we have to die. Imagine there´s no countries, imagine there´s no pain no hunger, no liers, no one to steal our bread. This world is full of cheaters, and you all know who you are and i tell you one thing for sure, none of you will touch the sky. and we don´t need no Jesus, no Budda, or Alá what we need to change the world is to trust what we have inside credits

about

(En Español mas abajo)

Time flies...it seems that it was yesterday when a bunch of the best and most talented Blues, Soul and Rock'n'Roll musicians of Valencia were having a round of beers with us, ready to get into El Regreso Radio studios and collaborate to record our live album, "Unplugged at Bop Street". Antonio Chumillas was responsible for the beautiful original artwork, Soni Artal helped with the recording and Miguel Bukka, host of radio show La Tela de Araña, recently deceased, offered his skill and equipment to make the record possible. And of course our beloved Alex Ruiz and his radio show, "Bop Street", in which we made the album recording, all live, no overdubs, with more than ten musicians at times playing in a few square feet.

Now, more than three years after we have rescued a set of recordings that Isi Rockin made during the rehearsal sessions for the album that took place at the rehearsal room of The Sistemines (a great 60s Punk Rock band of Puerto de Sagunto, birth city of Matt) and as rhythm session we had the joy to count with superb talented musicians and very good friends and bandmates through the years, Isi Rockin at the double bass and Javier Ortega at drums. Nuria was also there and she shot some "meaows"and played some shakers.

We have always regretted that the sound quality of the album was poor, due to some technical glitches and the fact that it was recorded with dynamic microphones. It was a live album recorded during a radio show and had a great recognition by rock press and friends...but it shouldabeen better!!

So now here we are with four of the tracks of the rehearsal sessions, two originals and our versions of two songs of Little Willie John and Ida Cox that were included in the album, with better sound quality and recorded with acoustic instruments exclusively, no electricity at all was needed that spring evening of 2015.

We hope that you will enjoy the music as much as we do playing it and recording it, with whatever means we have handy or possible. At the end of the day, the music will remain, we all shall pass but music will remain for as long as this little Blue Planet that we call home lasts.

This record is dedicated to the loving memory of Miguel Bukka.
